Sisters forest products is a small family owned business located in the cascade mountains of Oregon. We sell lots of firewood and have been looking for an effective way to make kindling as well. I had the great good luck to find out about the Fuelwood company in Great Britain, and recently purchased their top of the line machine, the Kindlet pro. The process of an international purchase - shipping and customs has been expedited by the helpful and effective staff at Fuelwood. All of my many questions to date have been answered and I was encouraged from the start that this company stands behind their product. We were just as impressed with the machine itself which is of high quality construction and we are looking forward to many years of production in the future.

Whilst I’m on I must let you know that the Japa 370 processor is really impressive with great throughput and the 1400 grapple is so handy. It's been used for short wood, whole trees, shifting round bales, dumping brash and we've just used it for pulling up gorse bushes. Top bit of kit....

Getting the hang of it now.... Thanks again for your impeccable after sales service.

It was very refreshing to be welcomed on my arrival with a hand shake from both of you and for it to be followed up with a very informative demonstration. All in all it was an experience which made the business of spending money much less painful than it could have been!
